Being on a team does not limit team members from posting related or non-related subject matter individually and it does not limit non-participants of any teams from posting similar subject matter individually. The main objective for forming teams is to integrate collaboration, offer a point of contact for outside viewers to participate in specific areas of interest and ensure solitary volunteers are not overburdened time or effort-wise to the point they lose enthusiasm and it’s no longer fun simply because they need assistance trying to keep regular themes up and running. By using teamwork, responsibility for each category may be shared or rotated out among several members so the time & work required to keep each area going is more equitable. Here are our teams and themes:
Detouring Writer’s Roadblock – a monthly challenge open to members and viewers to awaken dormant muses using a photo, phrase, or word supplied by members who rotate out choosing sources of inspiration. Our Chatter team for this is Eric, Kimmie, Jasmin, Jenny, and Camille.
Writers Workshop - Our Chatter team for this is Eric, Mara, & Camille.
Web Therapy – Our by proxy vexed vixen advisors are Quinnie (Ali) and Miss Know-it-all (Amy) who, as a matter of record confesses she really doesn’t know it all but has graciously agreed to participate in this category. We also have mystery guests to spoof the popular Web Therapy series character played by Lisa Kudrow called Fiona Wallace, who is hysterically funny and if she’s your therapist, you’ve really got problems!
Bon appétit – All members are encouraged to share their own specialties individually, but food & drink recipes sent in from outside viewers will be forwarded to our in house culinary connoisseurs Enigma (Rose,) tea4two (Suzanne,) A Touch of Class (Josette,) and Crystal. Our by proxy sources are Cherries Jubilee (Hattie Mae) and resident Oenophile (Liss.)
Belles and Bards – We encourage short story enthusiasts to help scout for quality material to recommend sharing here. All outside forwarded poetry and short stories, published or unpublished will be reviewed prior for post approval by a team member. So far, our chatter team for this is Annie, Eric, Mara, Melissa, and Camille.
The Artsy Girls – our Chatter team for Arts & Humanities is Dionysian Dahlia (Tasha), whose contributions are primarily UK centered, and for all other geographic regions, Rainbows69 (Annie,) Balletomane (Violet,) Clairvoyant (Claire,) and Lady Stetson (Camille.) We welcome anyone who may be interested in joining us, so don’t hesitate to ask.
The Bootstrap Girls – will randomly share personal military experiences and also preview war stories and articles from outside viewers about military or para-military job experiences for appropriate content, edit if necessary, cross-reference similar subject matter or photos that tie in to supplement, and then post for you. Please specify if you wish your name to remain anonymous. Our Chatter team for this is Lady Stetson (Camille,) Beth Angel (Beth,) & Kimmie Coco-puff (Kimmie.)
The Guitar Girls – our by proxy sources are Nicky & Sammie, but we have volunteers to help regularly showcase musicians, bands, music, or instruments across the spectrum of all era’s. Our Chatter team for this is FoxyRoxie (Roxanne,) Just Me (Jasmin,) Lady Stetson (Camille,) and Zydeco (Zee.)
The Shutterbugs – This category is open to professional or amateur photographers interested in covering various types of photography, the artistic works of past or present photographers, and discussing cameras, lenses, equipment or technical tips. Our Chatter team for this is Lady Stetson (Camille,) Luckycharm (Amber,) and Sunny Delight.
The Book Club – our Chatter team for book reviews are Lady Stetson (Camille,) Clairvoyant (Claire,) and Just Me (Jasmin.) Any recommendations by outside viewers will be forwarded to them. We could use a few more volunteers to possibly help make this a once a week venture.
GayBiLez – This category is open to members interested in posting material on the historical aspects and worldwide ongoing news or challenges related to this subject matter. Our current volunteers for this are Darylicious (Daryl,) Lady Stetson (Camille,) and Crystal.
Jock n Jill - Our Chatter team for all things sports related is PhoenixRising (Eric,) and his girlfriend, g-string (Gina.) They will provide coverage on a wide variety of events and notable male & female athletes from all across the globe. Ice Queen (Sarah) has offered to provide us worldwide highlights on Ice Skating (independent of them.)
Galavanting- With 20 plus galavanting contributors onsite we should never run out of shared articles about travel, fashion, and lifestyle’s latest news and reviews!
Cinematic - We still need a volunteer or several volunteers for this category to cover films, TV shows, movies, and theatre productions.
Erotica - This category will be supplied through two teams, The Female Canvas & The Male Palette. Although Chatterotica was originally intended to be lesbian based and all women, we have since decided to accomodate a small percent of male members and cater to all sexual orientations by randomly providing sensual photography, (or art) to tastefully titillate both genders. In essence, if you are here seeking porn you will be very disappointed. However, the good news is, there's an abundance of that available elsewhere all over the internet!
NOTE: Rhiannon coordinated our teams based on preplanned themes or ones already in the works. I believe she has done an outstanding job toward completing her project and commend her for it! :)
We displayed blogger names with our members real names to help people more easily identify who is who. Our currently matched volunteers to certain teams are subject to change as we find perhaps more qualified candidates to cover specific themes. In other words, some are temporarily filling these positions, so if any are subjects you have (or know someone with) a solid background in, and are interested in joining them or to possibly replace them on a permanent basis, please notify our staff.
Last but not least, we request to know your thoughts on an idea by Just Me (Jasmin) to affix a chatterbox to our blog so members can chat and get to know each other better.

It's been fun getting to know you, meeting some of your RL friends, and talking with members about which teams to join. Thank you for taking a chance on me and esp teaching how to yahoo conference, they shared so many great ideas it was hard to choose which way to go and helped knowing your direction already planned. This was easier in some ways but harder in others not expected. Thank you also for inviting me to stay on here as a regular member after I've completed everything!
I enjoyed meeting you Rhiannon and wish you luck with your academic goals. You seem very bright with a solid sense of what you want to accomplish. I'm glad you'll be staying with us when you're done. :)

These are wonderful themes Camille and I like the team concept. I have a few friends to possibly fill the slots still open. I'll send them Chatters link after they've recovered from Thanksgiving. :)
