Memorial Day
Most people know the Red Cross has done some great humanitarian work in the 149 years they've existed. These vintage recruitment & fundraising posters show an amazing variety of artwork. All images are in the public domain and can be found in the U.S. Library of Congress Photo Catalog. While these posters are almost 100 years old, the Red Cross is still out there helping victims of natural disasters and war. It never hurts to donate to the Red Cross, where your money will be used for a good cause assisting military troops, natural disaster victims, survivors, and their families.

BTW, thanks also for the AF Day flyover invite Camille. It was great seeing those vintage aircraft. I'm amazed some of them are still airborne!
