An Inconvenient Truth

My Apologies to all. Posting and commenting on the blog is temporarily suspended. It recently came to my attention (thank you to those who notified me) that eight of our twelve pages above the header are not visible via certain browsers. For this reason I need to eliminate two rows. I'm working as hard and quickly as I can to relocate resource links into our sidebar. This means each former list of links must be shorter. I'll have to open each url to review and determine which ones to keep or let go. Please be patient. I'll get us back up and running as soon as possible.
